Cooking Chicken Brizole:

Step 1: Cook the omelet.

To prepare the omelet, take 2 bowls, in one we will prepare the usual mixture, and in the second with spinach. So, break one egg, then add a tea boat of milk, salt and pepper to your liking. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Then put the pan on medium heat, heat it well, and then pour the egg mixture into it, distribute it evenly on the surface of the pan. Fry for just a few minutes until the egg catches. After that, turn the omelet over and fry it on the other side. Repeat the same steps with two more eggs. To prepare the omelet with spinach, do the same steps, only add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped spinach to each egg. As a result, you should get 3 simple omelets and 3 with spinach.

Step 2: Prepare the filling.

Minced chicken should be thawed at room temperature. Then transfer it to a deep bowl, salt to taste, add seasoning for chicken. Then add a little clean cold water, stir well. Water will help make minced meat moist and it will be easier to spread on an omelet. Now finely chop the parsley and in a small bowl stir it with mayonnaise.

Step 3: Bake the brizol.

Gently spread the prepared chicken mince on the scrambled eggs, then apply a mixture of mayonnaise and herbs on top. Now roll the omelette into a roll. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread coiled brizoli on it and place in the oven to bake, for about 30 minutes. At this time, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle a dish on it so that it can melt. Then remove the pan from the oven and cool slightly.

Step 4: Serve the chicken brizol.

Place the finished chicken brizoli on a serving plate or portioned dishes. As a side dish, this dish is ideally suited, boiled potatoes, rice or fresh vegetables, which can simply be cut or served in the form of a salad. Good appetite!

- - Minced chicken can be cooked at home. Chicken fillet must be cut into small pieces, mince, add salt and spices to your liking, mix everything thoroughly.

- - The filling for making brizoli can be varied according to your desire. You can cook fish brizoli, pork or beef.

- - Be careful with the preparation of the omelet. It is not advisable to overexpose it in the pan, as it will still be baked in the oven and may become excessively dry.
