Step 2: boil the potatoes.

Mix everything with a tablespoon and carefully dip the potato pieces into a container with boiling water. Cook ingredient 4-5 minutes with the lid closed. After this period of time, the potato can already be pierced with the tip of a knife, and it should no longer be raw, but not yet cooked. Attention: be sure to follow the cooking process of the ingredient, as if the potatoes begin to decay, then the preparation of this dish can be postponed until later, and for dinner make an equally tasty mash. We turn off the burner and, holding the lid of the pan with kitchen taps, drain the water in the sink so that you have all the potatoes left in the bowl. Using a tablespoon, transfer the ingredient to a cutting board and wait a few minutes for it to cool. Then - using a paper towel, gently wipe each potato slice so that excess liquid does not get into the dish. The processed component is transferred to a clean bowl.

Step 3: prepare the baked potato slices.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with a small amount of vegetable oil. Spread potato slices peeled down at a small distance from each other. Sprinkle each piece of the main ingredient with salt, black pepper, paprika and dried parsley to taste. Sprinkle the dish with vegetable oil several times. And now put the baking tray with potatoes in the oven and bake at maximum temperature during 30-40 minutes. Attention: check the dish from time to time for readiness. The surface of the potato should be covered with a golden crust. If this description matches the look of your potato, then turn off the oven, because the cooking time may vary.

Step 4: serve the sliced ​​baked potatoes.

Using kitchen gloves, we take out a baking tray with potatoes from the oven and immediately we can serve the dish to the table until it has cooled down. And you can please yourself not only with potatoes baked in slices, but also with the accompanying ones: ketchup or mayonnaise, any meat to your taste and vegetable salad or just sliced.
