Cooking Tuna Salad:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

We lay the eggs in a small pan and fill the container with ordinary cold water so that it completely covers the ingredient. We put a saucepan on medium heat and wait for the water to boil. After the allotted time has passed, turn off the burner and place the pan under running cold water so that the eggs cool immediately and it is easy to remove the shell from them. Shell-peeled ingredient is washed slightly again under running water to wash off the rest of the shell. After - we transfer the eggs to a cutting board and cut into small pieces that you like. Shredded component is transferred to a clean plate.

Step 2: prepare the tuna.

680-700 grams of tuna is somewhere around 2 cans that we easily open using a can opener. And now, holding the lid with a jar with our hands, pour the liquid from the canned food into the sink, and put the fish component in a deep bowl. Grind the tuna with a fork and meanwhile set aside.

Step 3: prepare the pepper.

We rinse the bell pepper under running water and put it on a cutting board. With a knife, cut the tail from the ingredient and cut it into two halves. Then we remove the seeds and cut the vegetable into small pieces the size of the same improvised inventory no more than 1 centimeter long and wide. Shred finely chopped pepper in a free plate.

Step 4: prepare the onion.

We peel half the onions from the husk using a knife. We immediately rinse the ingredient under running cold water so that the onion juice does not get into our eyes and we "do not cry." We spread the vegetable on a cutting board and finely chop it into small pieces the size of no more than 0.5 - 0.7 centimeters. Shredded onions are transferred to a free plate.

Step 5: prepare a salad with tuna.

So, we have already chopped tuna. Therefore, now, in turn, lay the chopped eggs in a bowl to the main ingredient in turn. Then - the line ripened for chopped vegetables - pepper and onions. And now we add salt and black pepper to our future salad to taste and mix everything well with a tablespoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. After that, add mayonnaise to taste. I water the ingredients about 3-4 tablespoons this dressing, because if you also overdo it with mayonnaise, the dish will turn out to be too liquid and not so tasty, as the sauce will interrupt the taste and aroma of other components. And now again we mix everything well with improvised inventory. Everything, the salad is ready!
