Making the perfect sorbet or popsicles:

Step 1: prepare the strawberries with a banana.

For the preparation of real sorbet or fruit ice cream, any fruits and berries are suitable for your taste. I prefer the strawberry-banana and peach flavors of the dish. Therefore, I will prepare sorbet from such fruits. First of all, we prepare strawberries with a banana. Since these components are already frozen with us, we take them out of the freezer and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, if necessary, cut fruit into small pieces and transfer to a blender bowl.

Step 2: prepare the perfect sorbet or popsicles made from strawberries with a banana.

So, pour yogurt, cream or milk into a blender if desired, and add sugar or honey. Attention: if you are a lover of sweets, then you can add 2 tablespoons of the sweet component, as the dish tastes softly sweet. At medium speed, whip all components for 1 minutes. Initially, the pieces of fruit will float separately in the mixture, but after a few seconds we will get a homogeneous, dense mass in appearance, somewhat reminiscent of a viscous slightly thawed ice cream. If the consistency of your sorbet does not match the description, and the mass is quite liquid, then you need to add a couple more slices of banana and strawberries and continue to beat the ingredients for a few more seconds until smooth. If on the contrary, the mixture is quite thick, then it can be diluted in 1-2 teaspoons of milk or yogurt and mix everything in a blender again.

Step 3: serve the perfect sorbet or popsicles made from strawberries with a banana.

After preparing the sorbet or fruit ice cream, using a tablespoon or a special spoon for ice cream, we shift the dish to the bowl and we can enjoy this heavenly taste and unforgettable aroma. You can decorate the sorbet with sprigs of mint or sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.

Step 4: prepare the peach.

Repeat the procedure first. Since the fruit components must be well frozen to make sorbet or ice cream, it is best to alternate our fruits and berries. Therefore, after we have prepared a dish of banana-strawberry mass, we rinse the blender bowl under running water, wipe the container dry with kitchen paper towels and proceed to prepare peach ice cream. So, we get freshly frozen fruit from the freezer and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the component into small pieces and transfer it to the blender bowl.

Step 5: prepare the perfect sorbet or peach popsicles.

In the blender, add purified water and sugar or honey to taste. At medium speed for 1 minutes beat all the components to a homogeneous mass. We make sure that the mixture is as viscous as slightly thawed ice cream. Just as in the first case, we dilute the thick mixture with water or add a couple of pieces of peach if the mixture is very liquid.

Step 6: serve the perfect sorbet or peach popsicles.

After preparing peach sorbet or ice cream, using a tablespoon or ice cream spoon, transfer the dish to the bowl and treat all your friends with this unusual and very tasty dish. You can decorate the sorbet with peach slices or with the same mint leaves. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If after cooking you still have sorbet or popsicles (which is most likely unlikely), do not throw it away in any case, just put the dish in a plastic container and put it in a freezer for storage. Before serving the sorbet to the table, remove it and leave it to cool at room temperature for 15 minutes. You can also use the microwave and set the mode - defrost literally for 30-60 seconds.

- - An ideal sorbet or popsicles can be made from fruits and berries such as cherries, papaya, kiwi, orange with and without peel, gooseberries, apples, apricot and even melon. Just before preparing the dish, it is necessary to peel the ingredients from the peel, tails and seeds, put in a food bag and hide in the freezer until the fruit is covered with ice and solidified.

- - In addition to the liquid ingredients indicated in the recipe, you can also use kefir, fermented baked milk or syrup.

- - For the sake of taste in sorbet or popsicles, you can also add liquor or any other alcoholic drink to your taste.

- - Sugar or honey can be replaced with fructose. Thus, the sorbet is no less tasty.
